We set up a booth at your event where we will be turning your photos into magnets. 

You and your guests will scan the QR codes that we have on display and upload your photos. 

We work our magic creating your keepsakes. 

Then they get displayed on a board ready for you to come back and collect later throughout the night so you aren't missing any celebrations, or if you are a curious guest and have stayed around to watch, we will hand it straight to you for you to cherish!

All magnets are custom made to order and often personalised specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or preference changes.

Please check all details carefully before placing your order, including spelling, sizing, colours, photos, and custom information.

Photo Cropping Notice: Please note our magnets are square, so some photos may be slightly cropped to fit the format. We do our best to preserve the main subject of your image.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with applicable consumer law.

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins (usually within 24 hours). Once your custom magnet order has entered production, cancellations are not possible due to the personalised nature of the product.

If you are requesting a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at 4everattach@gmail.com, to ensure your order has not entered production.

If a cancellation is approved, any refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

We currently ship within Australia only.

Orders are processed and shipped after production is completed. Shipping timeframes may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

1. Custom Products

All magnets are custom made to order and may include personalised images, text, or designs.

Please review all order details carefully before purchase, including spelling, image selection, and custom information.

2. Image Cropping & Formatting

Please note our magnets are square. Some uploaded photos may require cropping or adjustment to fit the final product format.

We recommend ensuring key subjects are centred in images to reduce the chance of important details being trimmed.

3. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring submitted information, spelling, uploaded images, and order details are correct at checkout.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

As products are custom made, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or personal preference.

However, this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us at 4everattach@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

Where required, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances. 

5. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations are not available due to the personalised nature of our products.

6. Shipping

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, designs, logos, and images created by Forever Attach remain our property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Forever Attach is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, incorrect information supplied by customers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
